Simple Brunch Ideas for Easter Sunday

Updated: Apr 12, 2022

Spring is in the Air! It’s our favorite season of the year and we just love when the trees turn green again and flowers starts to bloom. There are people who actually like winter but we are definitely not one of them, and that is why we moved to Florida from Chicago! We love the year-round sunshine and close proximity to the ocean and doing yoga and watching the sunrise and sunsets on the beach.

With Spring comes the first holiday of the year! Easter.

The beauty of Easter entertaining or a Sunday brunch is that it doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple salads, easy egg-less dishes and colorful salads can be delicious without too much effort in the kitchen. This gives you more time to help kids hunt for eggs and plan everyone’s Easter baskets.

When we entertain, we love to host a party as an open house. We love to keep the time open stretch of time with people coming and going as they please. Starting with a serve-yourself bar with an array of finger foods, create a relaxed atmosphere in which people feel good to connect with one another for a little while, share a smile & hug and enjoy something good and healthy to eat.

This kind of party allows people to stop by when it works for them and stay as long as they wish — and it allows you to host a lot of people in one day without cramming everyone into your house all at once.

Whether you’re scrambling to plan a whole Easter brunch menu or just need a few more things, these simple wonderful vegan recipes will make your table holiday ready in no time.

The recipes below are so simple and perfect for you to make for an Easter brunch that appeals to family members of all ages and tastes.

What were some of your favorite Easter memories and dishes your family made, share with us below?
