Grab & Go Super Foods in a Jar

Research shows that eating a protein-rich whole-foods, plant-based breakfast can help turn down your hunger and cravings all day long. Helps keep you full and avoid eating junk food later in the day! Make these healthy jars on the weekend when you meal prep. So delicious and nutritious for you with all the magic ingredients. When you are pressed for time in the morning grab a jar to go. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups Frozen chopped spinach and kale

  2. 1 cup Frozen blueberries or mixed berries

  3. 1 Tbsp Chia, Hemp and or flax seeds

  4. 1 tspn Moringa powder

  5. 2 tbsp Shredded coconut

  6. 1 cup Coconut cream unsweetened

  7. 1 tspn Cinnamon powder

  8. 1 tspn Turmeric powder

  9. 1/2 cup Walnuts

  10. 1 avocado

  11. 3 bananas sliced

  12. 1/2 cup cooked steelcut oatmeal or quinoa

  13. 1 chopped mango

  14. 1 chopped papaya

  15. 1/2 inch grated ginger

Instructions

In large bowl add all the ingredients and mix together.

Once it thaws add to glass jars. Keep refrigerated for 5 days.
