These delicious, nutty date truffles are a sweet treat that is naturally sweetened with dates no oil or added sugar. You won’t believe how good they taste and they are so easy to prepare.

Energy Date Balls
Ingredients
1 cup Dates
1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Almonds or Cashews
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup Oats or Quinoa Flakes
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Flax Seed
1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Shredded Coconut
Instructions
Soak dates in hot water for few minutes, drain, set aside.
Pulse nuts until fine in food processor and add remaining ingredients and dates.
Shape into walnut sized balls and roll in shredded coconut, hemp seed, chia seed or flax seed or any other seed you prefer.
Place in tray or bowl lined with parchment paper and place in freezer for 1 hour. Transfer into an airtight container and keep in refrigerator or freezer until you want to eat them.
