Miami, what a nice surprise by hubby! So lucky to be visiting this vibrant city right now! The itinerary kind of looked like this: South Beach, Little Havana, Downtown, and definitely the Wynwood Art District, and lots of delicious vegan restaurants, Biltmore Estates for Valentine’s dinner. We certainly had FUN blasting Camila Cabello’s “Havana ooh Lala” on our road trip which is about 6 hour drive from Jacksonville, Florida.

Wynwood Art District – Known for its many colorful murals, Wynwood is one of the city’s most happening districts.

Wynwood Walls is an outdoor museum showcasing large-scale works by some of the world’s best-known street artists. The surrounding streets have converted warehouses housing craft breweries and funky art galleries.

Miami is a subtropical city located in sunshine state Florida in between the Everglades and North Atlantic Ocean. Over 14 million people visit each year. Miami is the influx of Spanish Culture that mixes Latin Rythm and Cuban Cuisine. Miami gives an eclectic shopping experience, from designer boutiques at Bal Harbour to mainstream chains at Bayside Marketplace.

Miami has turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. It also has gleaming Modernist architecture and impossibly delicious vegan cuisine.

From the yellow beach homes to the red and white umbrellas and sherbet colored art deco district buildings, South Beach is full Miami’s art scene, international influences, architecture, and coastal scenery is breathtaking.

Who would not want to feel like they are in South Beach soaking up the sun every day? Miami is the land of beautiful tranquil beaches. The Miami Beach is known as America’s Riviera and the Latin Hollywood. Along with this, The South Beach of Miami was rated as the number 1 Beach in America by the Travel Channel.

Art Deco Architecture – The largest collection of Art Deco architecture in the entire world lies here in the Miami Beach. With no less than 800 fantastically made buildings including the districts of Espanola Way, Collins/Washington Avenues, Flamingo Park and Museum make up the Art Deco Architecture.

Plant Miami – is THE spot for upscale vegan dining in Miami! They deliver so much flavor, ambiance and beautiful presentation – all of which are impeccable. We loved the seared lions mane mushroom, daikon carrot salad, carrot ginger purée, sous-vide kumquat, sesame-coconut amino glaze.

The beet tostada with truffle macadamia ricotta and shaved truffles was so wonderfully decadent as well. When in Miami you definitely want to visit this place. Biltmore Estates in Coral Gables – Valentine’s dinner with an evening of celebration! Sensational Biltmore Estates is a stunning 150 acre property nestled in Coral Gables, Miami. We walked into their restaurant for dinner. And this picture-perfect estate transports you to another era with its colonial architecture, sculptures along the pool, and breathtaking attention to detail in every corner.

We ordered passion fruit jalapeno with fresh succotash, squash blossoms and basil ravioli was scrumptious, and for dessert tangy key lime pie. Perfect night at the most romantic destination. Must visit place to Biltmore Estates in Coral Gables, Miami.

PLANTA South Beach – Another great vegan restaurant we visited. Their dishes are 100% plant based and loaded with amazing flavors! Must visit if you’re ever in Miami whether you are vegan or not you will love it.

Here’s all the delicious dishes we tried:⠀

  1. FULLY Loaded Nachos queso, black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, pickled onion, jalapeño, cilantro
